From the moment you’ve become a parent, you’ve spent most of their lives wondering whether you’re doing okay, teaching them everything they need to know to actually become functional adults who can thrive, be happy and make a positive impact on themselves and others.

Now they’re in their teen years, you know they are going through pivotal changes. You want them to see what you see and ensure that they are going to be okay on their own – even when you’re not around to protect them.
