Discovery Online is a 3-day intensive leadership weekend created to help your teen acquire the tools that will unlock their potential and turn them into leaders of their own life.
This program gives teens the opportunity to embark on a journey that will lead them to discover and experience living life at their highest potential. They will gain clarity on who they want to be in the world and their legacy. They will receive the tools to overcome any obstacle.
Throughout the training, we empower teens with new emotional and social skills that help them create success in life. We offer them critical leadership distinctions and tools to thrive in every situation and identify their “Why” that will guide them in life.
By the end of this intensive weekend, your teen will leave with increased confidence, they will feel at peace with who they are and they will be ready to start working on their biggest dreams from a clear space.

Throughout the weekend, they participate in exercises that allow them to identify behaviors that hold them back and they move into a space of self-awareness. Discovery is made of 12 modules, each of them taking your teen through a specific process and experience that will help them to forever change the way they see themselves, reach academic success and create the life they truly want.
Teens will begin to distinguish how their points of view affect their daily decisions and experiences.
They now examine how they relate to their family, parents, friends, and community.
We will then walk them through a process to distinguish what it takes to be a leader in the world.
At this stage, your teen will identify behaviors that hold them back from being the best they can be.
Next, they will begin to identify self-limiting beliefs.
In this module, they will examine and challenge their points of view.
Once they are entering self-awareness, they will gain new tools to overcome challenges and explore new possibilities.
Your teen will now begin to powerfully choose how they relate to themselves and others.
Time to envision and have an opportunity to powerfully choose what’s next in their life.
They will gain an understanding of how the unique power of language affects all of life’s experiences.
In one of the most powerful processes of the weekend, they will experience forgiveness of themselves and access forgiveness for others.
In the last module, your teen will take responsibility for their choices, actions, and results.
